Dr. Oz on Personal and Governmental Responsibility

Dr. Mehmet Oz spoke about the balance between personal and state responsibility for health. He urged governors to make health a top priority in their states, warning against obesity, a sedentary lifestyle, and smoking. This was the keynote speech of the closing session of the National Governors Association (NGA) 2013 Winter Meeting, an annual meeting in which a bipartisan group of U.S. governors gathers in Washington, D.C. to discuss issues affecting the states.
